The particularly well effective turning concept has been improved further with a view to the quantity of material passing through and being aerated, it carries the material along the machine by means of a conveyor belt and then the windrow is piled up again behind.
Prized with design awards, they appear on the front pages of trade magazines worldwide and the UNI 4002 was particularly convincing for those who need to turn large windrows efficiently.
With a turning rate of up to 2,000m3/h the UNI 4002 is a true professional for handling triangular shaped and trapezoid windrows. The rotor is designed for triangular windrows with a cross-section up to 6.0m3/m. The turbo-diesel engine has a 228HP capacity, whereby careful attention should be paid to ensure that the engine capacity and hydraulic components are optimally aligned. Thanks to the flexible chain under-carriage and the new work hydraulics it asserts itself as a high-performance and simultaneously economic compost turner for an optimal concurrent composting process.
